New Delhi, dated the 9th September, 2010.
 
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 read with sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 172 (E), dated the 17th March, 2009, namely :-
 
In the said notification, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely:-
