NEW DELHI, DATED  21st MAY, 2010

 

 

S.O. (E)     In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, and also read with Notification No. 26 (RE 2008)/2004-09 dated 22.7.2008, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2, Table B of ITC HS Classifications of Export and Import Items, with immediate effect, as under:

 

2.     With immediate effect, existing entries against S. No. 161 A of the table at the end of Para 1 of Notification No. 26 (RE 2008)/2004-09 dated 22.7.2008 shall be substituted as follows:
