G.S.R.             (E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), and in suppression of the notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 6/2007-Central Excise (N.T), number G.S.R.77(E),dated the 12th February, 2007, notification No 02/2008(N.T.) dated 15th January,2008 vide number G.S.R. 32(E) dated 15th January, 2008, notification No 26/2008(N.T.) dated 27thMay, 2008 vide number G.S.R. 404(E) dated 27th May, 2008 and notification No 37/2008(N.T.) dated 25 September, 2008 vide number G.S.R. 680(E) dated 25 September, 2008, the Central Board of Excise and Customs constitutes Committees, consisting of Commissioners specified in column (2) for the area falling within their respective jurisdiction specified in the corresponding entry in Column (3)  of the said Table :-
 
       In the said notification, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely:-
