S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number 113/2005-Customs(N.T.), dated 28th December, 2005 published in the Gazette of India Part II section 3 sub-Section (ii), vide number S.O. 1828 (E) dated the 28th December, 2005, of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) namely:-
 
In the said notification, after item number (xiii), for the long lines, to the paragraph,
 
“for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Clarrity Intermediates and Pesticides, Surat and others, issued vide Directorate of Revenue Intelligence F.No. DRI/SRU/INV-2/2004, dated the 18th July, 2005 by the Additional director General, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Rupen Bungalow, Near Jain Merchant Society, Paldi, Ahmedabad.”
 
 
the following long lines shall be substituted, namely,-
 
“for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Clarrity Intermediates and Pesticides, Surat and others, issued vide Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (i) F.No. DRI/SRU/INV-2/2004, dated the 18th July, 2005 (ii) F.No. DRI/SRU/INV-2/2004, dated the 23rd August, 2004, by the Additional director General, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Rupen Bungalow, Near Jain Merchant Society, Paldi, Ahmedabad.”
