No. 89/2015-Customs (N.T)

 

 New Delhi, the 4th September, 2015

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughalakabad, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- 

 

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughalakabad, New Delhi;

(ii)   the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Sea Port, Chennai;

(iii)  the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Sea Port, NhavaSheva, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House,TalukaUran, District, Raigad, Mumbai;

(iv)the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot,  Sanathnagar, UtpadShulkBhavan, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad;

(v) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Inland Container Depot,  Patparganj, New Delhi;

(vi) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Sea Port, Customs House, Strand Road, Kolkata; and

 (vii)  the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Near Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi,

 

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Shakti Commodities Pvt. Ltd., Room No:21, 79, Shyamlal Road, Daryaganj, New Delhi  issued, videF.No.VIII/26/19/2013-DRI-HRU, dated the 22nd May, 2014  by the  Additional  Director, Directorate  of Revenue Intelligence,  Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
