 Notification No. 58/2013-Customs (N.T.)

 Dated the 5th June, 201315 Jyaistha, 1935 (SAKA)

 

S.O… (E). - In excise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Customs  Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 54/2013-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated the 16th May, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), Extraordinary vide number  S.O.[1121(E)], dated 16th May, 2013, namely:-

            In the Schedule-I and II of the said Notification, for Serial Nos. 15, 16 and serial No. 1 respectively, and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Opinion

This notification seeks amend in Notification No.54/2013-CUST (N.T.) dt. on 16th May, 2013 in Serial Nos. 15, 16 and serial No. 1 in Schedule No. I and II respectively forforeign currency equivalent to Indian Rupees .Government has notified new exchange rates of Swedish Kroner, Swiss France & Japanese Yen effective from 06.06.2013 for export and imported goods.
