Notification No. 12 /2009 - Central Excise (N.T)
 
New Delhi, the May 19th 2009.
 
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 25/2005-Central Excise (N.T), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.305(E) dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against Sl. No. 25,53 and 54 in Column (2) and Column (3) for the words and figures “Pune II” wherever they occur, the words “ Kolhapur” shall respectively be substituted.

Note:- The principal notification No. 25/2005-Central Excise (NT), dated the 13th May, 2005 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R 305(E), dated the 13th May, 2005 and was amended by following numbers:-

(iv) Notification No. 41/2007- Central Excise (NT), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.779(E), dated the 19th December, 2007
(v) Notification No.21/2008-CE(NT) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.234(E), dated the 28th March, 2008
