Notification No.04/2009- Central Excise (N.T)
 
New Delhi, the 28th Jan.2009
 
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 5/2007-Central Excise (N.T), was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R.76(E), dated the 12th February, 2007, namely:-
In the said notification, for the TABLE and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
